1. In the free plan, you can view a maximum of 50 form submissions per month. This allows you to access detailed information for up to 50 form submissions through received submission emails, as well as the submission list within the form. Reviewing 50 form submissions per month can meet the needs of most entry-level stores.

2. If you receive more than 50 form submissions in a month, you will not be able to view the submission information for the exceeding portion through the received submission emails, nor will you be able to view the detailed information of those submissions in the form's submission list. To ensure you never miss any important form submissions, we suggest upgrading your plan if you exceed 50 form submissions, based on your specific requirements.

For example, if your form receives 60 submissions within a month, You can receive email notifications for the first 50 submissions, and you can also view detailed information of the first 50 submissions in the submission list of the form.

For the last 10 submissions out of more than 50, you will be unable to view the detailed information on the submitted forms through the received submission emails, nor will you be able to view the detailed information in the submission list of the form.

3. After one month, the number of form submissions will be restored to 50. For the first 50 submissions, you will be able to continue viewing the submission information through the received submission emails, and you can also view the detailed information of the submissions in the form's submission list.

Attention please：

After the end of a month and entering the second month, you will no longer be able to view the detailed information of all submissions made before the second month in the submission list.
