When you have products with promotional activities, you can add a form for customers to fill out. After submitting the form, customers can obtain a discount code. 


The benefits of setting up a form are that you can gather information about customers, such as asking about their favorite products, inquiring if they have any suggestions for improvement, and finding out how they learned about your products, and so on. Then you can improve your store based on the information submitted by customers and attract more customers.

Create Discounts Information in your store backend


1. Enter your store's backend, then click on "Discounts" to access the Discounts page.



2. Click on "Create discount" to select the discount type.



For example, you choose the amount off products. After entering the detailed settings page, first select "Discount code", and then click on "Generate random code" to generate a random discount code. Of course, you can also customize the discount code.



And continue to set Discount Value, Minimum purchase requirements, Customer eligibility, etc., until it meets your promotional criteria.



Finally, click on "Save". You can see the discounts you have created on the Discounts page.



Display discount code after setting up form submission


1. Open the form editing page


2. Click on Settings to expand the "After Submitted" section



3. To enable "Show a discount code", and fill in the relevant content.



You need to enter the discount code. Click on "View/Create Discount Code" to redirect to the Discounts page. Copy the discount code you need and paste it into the discount code input box. You can also add a description about the coupon in the Summary input box. Finally, click Save.



After completion, you can see the discount code on the Successful Tip Message page after submitting the form
