Our app currently cannot enable both "Redirect to page URL" and "Show a discount code" at the same time. This is because if "Redirect to page URL" is set, it will direct users to a new URL page after submitting the form, resulting in the inability to view the discount code.

However, if only the "Show a discount code" feature is enabled, it may make it difficult for users to find products that can actually be used with the discount code.

You can add guiding information on the Successful tip message page and link to the URL of your product that is eligible for using the discount code.

Set up your discount code information.

Setp1：Enable the "Show a discount code" feature.

1. Open the form editing page.

2. Click on "Settings" to expand the "After Submitted" section.

3. Check the box next to "Show a discount code."

Setp2：View/Create Discount code

1. Clicking on "View/Create Discount code" will redirect you to the Discounts page in your store's backend.

2. If you only need to use an existing discount code, you just need to copy the discount code. You can also click on the "Create discount" button in the top right corner to create the discount code you need.

3. Please enter the discount code, and you can also provide some descriptions for discounted items under the "Summary" section. Then click "Save".

To add the URL of the product to the Successful tip message page.

Setp1：Add some tips and set some styles in the Successful tip message.

1. Click on "Settings" and expand "Custom Message".

2. Add some tips in the Successful tip message.

Setp2：Link the prompt message with the url of the discounted product.

1. Select the prompt message and then click "Link".

2. Fill in the URL of your discounted product. Then click on "Insert Link".

3. Save settings at last.

Click on the tip message on the Successful tip message page to be redirected to the discount product page.
