Sometimes after your customer fill out your form, but they don't receive any notification emails? Sometimes you want to receive the notification emails after customers summit a form, but you can't?

Please check whether your settings are correct by following steps:

1, Make sure the field “send email to admin/submitter" is enabled.

2, Make sure the field of "send notification to this email after summitted" is enabled.

3, If above 2 steps set done, still can not receive emails. Please check if the email address is valid.
